Technology
The company’s commitment to excellence has resulted in the development of several groundbreaking innovations, including True Non-Contact Imaging, 3D metrology, and fully automated AFM systems that are able to cater to both research and industrial needs. With Park’s high-performance scientific instruments for research and industrial communities we help to explore new phenomena in chemistry, materials, physics, life sciences, semiconductor, and data storage industries. Its comprehensive range of products includes atomic force microscopy (AFM), white light interferometry, infrared spectroscopy, and ellipsometry systems. In 2022, Park Systems expanded its business portfolio by acquiring Accurion GmbH, a Germany-based company that develops and manufactures imaging spectroscopic ellipsometers (ISE) and active vibration isolations (AVI).
Park Systems Europe
Park Systems Europe was found in 2017, headquartered in Mannheim, Germany. With a fully functioning application laboratory, offices in France and the UK, and a network of sales representatives across Europe, our aim is to provide the best possible support to our European customers for all scientific, technical and sales inquiries. In February 2020 a new expended Nanoscience Center Europe was opened in Mannheim, Germany. Equipped with a full range of research AFMs and a cleanroom with Park NX-Wafer automated AFM, the new high-tech facility provides what it takes to fulfill the research needs and challenges of the European research and industrial community.
